POSITION TITLE:   SY 2020-2021 Art Teacher/Creative Design Teacher

QUALIFICATIONS:       

• Current MN Teaching License in Art or Creative Design Careers or ability to obtain at least a Tier I license in Art or Creative Design Careers

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Provide for safety and security of individuals.
• Follow School procedures when dealing with an emergency situation including calling 911, insuring the safety of the individuals, notifying supervisor.
• Maintain assigned space in a clean and orderly manner.
• Attend all team meetings as required.
• Complete paperwork and documentation as assigned.
• Provide instruction and supervision for the students in the classroom.
• Maintain regular contact with families.
• Work with the children in the classroom both 1:1 or in groups.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
